Individual Therapy

Individual counseling and therapy can be beneficial for a variety of reasons. Some signs that you could benefit from individual therapy sessions:

  • Persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, anger or loneliness

  • Traumatic experiences that have occured from abuse or neglect.

  • Struggling to maintain or keep relationships or difficulty forming relationships.

  • Difficulties coping to stress, change or transitions in life.

  • Thoughts of self-harm or suicide

  • Life changes such as loss of job, death, marriage, new baby or sibling, addiction and recovery etc.

    Individual counseling and therapy can provide support in a safe environment and can help individuals build resilience and learn healthy coping mechanisms to handle stress and make positive changes in their daily lives.

Couple/Family Therapy

Couple or Family therapy may be beneficial for those who are experiencing:

  • Communication Difficulties if you and your partner or family are struggling with effectively communicating or resolving conflicts.

  • Repeated Conflicts if you, your partner or family members are continually having the same disagreements with no resolutions or accountability.

  • Decreased Intimacy or Satisfaction if you or partner feel that physical and emotional intimacy or satisfaction with the other have decreased within the relationship.

  • Life Changes major life changes can have a major impact on couples and families. Therapy is able to provide guided support to work through those changes.

Insurance Accepted only through Mindful Therapy Group Referral

We accept all major forms of cards as payment (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) Payments are due before your scheduled session.

Consultation (15 min) - No Charge

Individual (50 mins) per session - $100

Couple/Family (50 min) per session - $150
