Couple/Family Therapy
Couple or Family therapy may be beneficial for those who are experiencing:
Communication Difficulties if you and your partner or family are struggling with effectively communicating or resolving conflicts.
Repeated Conflicts if you, your partner or family members are continually having the same disagreements with no resolutions or accountability.
Decreased Intimacy or Satisfaction if you or partner feel that physical and emotional intimacy or satisfaction with the other have decreased within the relationship.
Life Changes major life changes can have a major impact on couples and families. Therapy is able to provide guided support to work through those changes.

Insurance Accepted only through Mindful Therapy Group Referral
We accept all major forms of cards as payment (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) Payments are due before your scheduled session.
Consultation (15 min) - No Charge
Individual (50 mins) per session - $100
Couple/Family (50 min) per session - $150
